BBQ RUB

Ingredients:
1 T Brown Sugar
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Cumin
1 T Garlic Salt
2 T Kosher Salt
1 T Onion Powder
1 T Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and rub over pork butt, pork shoulder, ribs, etc. prior to placing in smoker. Unused portion can be saved in a jar in the pantry.
