Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Accent
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 T salt
Mix together. Rub on turkey at least 12 hours in advance.
I rub this on the turkey after injecting the marinade.
