HOT SPINACH DIP

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tsp onion, chopped
1 C sour cream
1 C cream cheese, softened
1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
1 garlic clove, crushed
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp prepared brown mustard
1 C monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) and remaining ingredients. Micro-cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir, then continue for 2 minutes. Stir again and cook for 1 minute.
***Can put all ingredients into crock pot and cook until melted***
